Rust Proof Spray is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. Oak Ridge manufactures and distributes polyurea and spray foam — OR93BL, the Flak Jacket line, 7001 primer, roof and floor systems — and a large share of our volume moves through professional applicators rather than direct to end users.
That shapes how we operate. Applicators do not need marketing; they need material that behaves consistently, freight that arrives when it was promised, honest coverage numbers to bid from, and a phone number that gets answered when a rig starts acting up on a Saturday morning.
We also refer work out. Retail and single-job enquiries that come to us from across our sites get routed to applicators in the region who run our material. If you are set up and reliable, that is worth telling us about.

If you already do industrial painting, bed liners, roofing, or general coatings, the prep knowledge transfers almost entirely. Surface preparation, chloride testing, DFT verification, masking, and inspection are the same discipline you already practise. What changes is the equipment and the pace.
Before you commit capital, we will walk through the realistic version: what a rig costs to buy and to run, what production rates you can actually hit versus brochure figures, what the learning curve looks like on the first several jobs, and which work in your market is worth chasing. Sometimes the honest answer is to subcontract your first large jobs and buy the machine on the second contract rather than the first.
